Tourist Survey Competition Terms and Conditions

You can enter the Tourist Survey Competition by completing the Tourist Survey

“The Tourist Survey Competition” (hereafter referred to as “competition”) is a promotional activity run by The League of Adventure ltd trading as Phantom Peak (hereafter referred to as the promoter). The outlined activity is open to all people aged 18 and over who complete the survey.

Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

Phantom Peak accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

The closing date of the competition is 12:00pm midday 12 March 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

One winner will win 4x Tickets to Phantom Peak with a £50 bar spend. They will also receive a £50 e-gift voucher through Prezzee over email. Up to five other winners will also be chosen, with each winning 2x tickets to Phantom Peak.

The promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

One winner will be selected via random computer process.

One winner will be notified directly by the promoter via email by 30 March 2025. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of receiving notification via email from the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to void the winner’s entry and select an alternative winner by the same process.

This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.

The winner(s) may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the competition and the winner shall participate in such activity on the promoter’s reasonable request. The winner(s) consent(s) to the use by the promoter and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the competition for an unlimited time, of the winner(s)' voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes in any medium and across advertising, marketing or promotional materials in perpetuity without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the competition, all entrants consent to the same.

The promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen online, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

The promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

The winner selection will be governed by English law and entrants to the promoter submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
