If you have purchased a ticket via a third-party, please contact your point of purchase about changing the date of your ticket.
No, you do not need to print your ticket.
When you book, you will receive a unique QR code via email. This will usually come from our ticketing system: Universe.

Yes, you are able to book tickets onsite at Phantom Peak. However, these are strictly limited availability and we cannot guarantee entry. We recommend you book tickets in advance, as some timeslots sell out well in advance.
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free using your Universe account up to 7 days before your timeslot.
However, please note that once tickets are transferred, the original ticket holder will no longer have access to the experience.
Yes, group bookings are available for Phantom Peak.
For groups of 4-9, you can save £8+ on your order when you book online and purchase a group ticket.
