Behind The Scenes: Nick Moran Q&A

On Wednesday 7th August 2024, our fan-run Discord Community hosted a live Q&A session with the Creative Director of Phantom Peak: Nick Moran.
The Q&A lasted just over an hour, and gave our community an opportunity to ask all of their burning questions about the origins and future of the peak!

ABOUT THE DISCORD
The Phantom Peak Explorers' Club was founded in October 2022, with the aim to bring together fans of the world of Phantom Peak to discuss theories, memories and more.
Almost two years later, the discord is still completely fan-run and has over 450 members, including cast and crew who work in Phantom Peak. These are the most dedicated fans of Phantom Peak and you may recognise some of them from your visit!
ABOUT NICK MORAN
Nick is the co-founder and Creative Director of Phantom Peak - he continues to create content for the ever-evolving story of the town.
Nick designed “Time Run”, a multi award-winning escape room experience in London. Following this he co-wrote and designed “Sherlock: The Game Is Now”, together with Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, which won several awards including ‘Best Escape Room Experience - London’ in The Global Excellence Awards 2020.
Nick has won multiple awards for his games both nationally and
internationally and has worked as a design and experience consultant for some of the world’s largest brands and theme parks. Nick is currently the head of the UK Escape Room Industry Trade Body and works with the Government to directly improve access and funding for the Hospitality industry.
