Father Platmas' Holiday Competition

“Father Platmas' Holiday Giveaway” (hereafter referred to as The Giveaway) is a promotional activity run by The League of Adventure Limited. The outlined activity is open to all people aged 18 and over who submit their first name and email address via the button on https://www.phantompeak.com/whats-on/father-platmas-holiday-competition or via a paid promotion on Meta Platforms.

Entrants into the The Giveaway shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

To enter The Giveaway you must enter your first name and email at https://www.phantompeak.com/whats-on/father-platmas-holiday-competition or via another means such as paid promotion on platforms provided by Meta such as Instagram or Facebook. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

The League of Adventure Limited accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. The League of Adventure Limited cannot confirm your entry to The Giveaway - please rely on automatic confirmations via email.

The closing date of the The Giveaway is 9pm Sunday 06 October 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

The winner(s) will receive the prize(s) as outlined on the website of Phantom Peak. The League of Adventure Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available. In the event of the prize not being redeemed, The League of Adventure Limited will not honour the prize.

The winner will be selected via random computer process.

The winner will be notified directly by email on Sunday 07 October, from a representative of Phantom Peak (The League of Adventure Limited). If the winner does not respond within 12 hours they forfeit the prize and we will choose another winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

2 runners up will be notified by the end of Monday 08 October, and their prize will be outlined in a separate place on the website of Phantom Peak.

The League of Adventure Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

The winner must redeem their tickets to Phantom Peak before the end of the Winter Season which is 19th January 2025. Dates are subject to availability, and all bookings must take place via email. Once a ticket is booked, the winner accepts the Terms and Conditions as outlined on the Phantom Peak website: https://www.phantompeak.com/terms-and-conditions/

This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The League of Adventure Limited, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.

The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to The Giveaway and the winner shall participate in such activity on The League of Adventure Limited's reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by The League of Adventure Limited and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of The League of Adventure Limited for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes in any medium and across advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering The Giveaway, all entrants consent to the same.

The League of Adventure Limited shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy on our website. You agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry.

The League of Adventure Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering “The Giveaway” or accepting the prize.

The League of Adventure Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, The Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of The League of Adventure Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The League of Adventure Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

The winner selection will be governed by English law and entrants to the The Giveaway submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
